Jana Malisová is a pianist and teacher with many years of experience in a professional music environment. She is currently intensely involved in teaching – she teaches privately and at the ISMFA school. She enjoys developing children's talent, passing on the joy of music and supporting children not to be afraid to perform and share musical experiences with others. Her students are successful performers, enjoy playing and gradually build a healthy musical self-confidence. She teaches children from 6 years old to adults.
She studied piano and organ at the Teplice Conservatory and won awards in several student competitions during her studies, such as Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte and Concertino Praga. She began her professional career as an opera accompanist and keyboard player in the orchestra at the State Theatre in Ústí nad Labem and as a teacher and accompanist at the State Conservatory in Teplice.
Later, she worked for many years at the National Theatre Ballet – first as a rehearser and later as a producer of foreign tours. In addition to producing, she also participated in the preparation of many productions as a sound and lighting director.
In addition to her teaching and musical work, she has also been involved in the organization and production of international dance and music projects for a long time. She co-founded the dance project International Contemporary Dance Workshop and the ballet school First International Ballet School , and as a producer she organizes the theater projects The Nutcracker , Midsummer Ballet Gala and Young Blood Gala at the Vinohrady Theater.
